Sowing Innovation, Harvesting Excellence: Peter Mumba Crowned Best Crop Exhibitor Through Climate-Smart Agriculture
Peter Mumba, one of the Eastern Province Jurisdictional Sustainable Landscape Programme (EP-JSLP) Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) adopted lead farmers from Senior Chief Kalindawalo’s area in Petauke District, has been crowned Best Farmer Exhibitor in Crops at the 48th Eastern Province Agricultural and Commercial Show in Chipata.
Peter’s outstanding achievement demonstrates how adopting Climate-Smart Agriculture can transform farming, increase productivity, and strengthen resilience to climate change.
His success is an inspiration to farmers across Eastern Province to embrace sustainable agricultural practices that improve livelihoods while protecting the environment.
