Mambwe’s EP-JSLP Radio Talk Show Hits the Airwaves!
The recently commenced EP-JSLP Radio Talk Show Programme is live on Mnkhanya 88.3 FM in Mambwe, featuring Ministry of Agriculture Crops Officer, Mr Abinala Mvula, who discussed the role of agriculture in implementing the Eastern Province Jurisdictional Sustainable Landscape Programme (EP-JSLP) activities in Mambwe District.
The programme is shining a spotlight on Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) practices being promoted under EP-JSLP, including agroforestry, crop rotation, mulching, manure management and minimum tillage.
Through these radio discussions, farmers and the wider community are gaining practical knowledge on sustainable farming practices that can improve soil health, strengthen resilience to climate change and enhance agricultural productivity.
