From Training to Action: Katete Farmers Advance Climate-Smart Agriculture
The delegation made a stop at the Katete Farmers Training Centre, where GIZ is lending a hand to the Ministry of Agriculture to enhance farmer training and extension services.
During their visit, farmers and the Camp Extension Officer exchanged valuable experiences regarding the implementation of CREATE and E-PICSA initiatives.
Meanwhile, partners engaged in discussions about Integrated Pest Management (IPM), fostering a rich dialogue and sharing knowledge.
Government officials and development partners also took the opportunity to discuss the progress and impact of these initiatives, highlighting their role in promoting sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture.
